After serving 4 years in the Marine Corps infantry, I knew the importance of taking time each day to care for my body. I equated good health as simply needing exercise. As I aged however, my neglect of my diet, sleep, mental and emotional health caught up to me. Over the past 10 years I have learned to take time each day for my overall wellness. Now as a personal trainer and wellness coach I do the same for each of my clients. I have come to learn what we all want is the freedom to live our lives the way we each imagine it. Your health and wellness are the key to attaining this. It is my purpose to assist you in taking charge of your life by first taking care of yourself.


Credentials: United States Marine Corps Infantry Veteran,  B.S. In Exercise Science, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Wellness Coach ,NASM Behavior Change Specialist, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, Practical Yoga Instructor, A decade+ of personal training experience, Experience working with clients who have M.S., POTS, Diabetes, severe back and neck injuries, who are blind, and more.
